At Sanaina Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights to return items purchased from sanaina.co.uk or sanaina.com.
- Returns Eligibility
• You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all labels/tags attached.
• We may ask you to provide photographs via email to info@sanaina.com as proof that the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all original labels/tags attached before authorising a return.
• If the label is removed, we cannot accept the return unless the item is faulty.
• All items are quality checked before dispatch to ensure they meet our standards prior to shipping.

Return Shipping Costs
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Providing the item is in its original packaging and tags remain attached:
• All items are thoroughly quality checked before dispatch.
• If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
• We may request photographs of the issue before arranging a replacement, exchange, or refund.
• Where a fault is confirmed, we will cover the reasonable cost of return postage.

Refunds
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item and confirming it meets the conditions of this policy.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

How to Arrange a Return
• Email us at info@sanaina.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
• We will confirm the return address and, if applicable, provide a prepaid returns label for faulty or incorrect items.
• Post the item back to us in secure packaging.

Sale Items
All sale, discounted, clearance, or promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
